Getting to Tuscany, Italy
Accommodations are pre-arranged. Once you arrive in Tuscany, your hotel for the weekend is taken care of. You do not need to book separate lodging.
Before You Book
- Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
- Our wedding weekend runs June 18 – 21, 2026. Plan to be in Florence by the morning of June 18 if taking the shuttle, and be in Tuscany for our welcome event the evening of June 18.
Shuttle from Florence
On Thursday, June 18, a pre-organized bus will depart Florence at ~12:00 PM and bring guests to Tuscany. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Pickup location in Florence and exact departure details coming soon.
On Sunday, June 21, an organized bus will return guests to Florence. Departure time and pickup point to be announced.
Renting a Car
Prefer to drive? You're welcome to rent a car and coordinate your own travel to Tuscany. This is a great option if you'd like to explore the region before or after the wedding.
Be aware of ZTL (limited traffic zones) in historic town centers. An international driving permit may be required — check before you rent.
Flights
We recommend flying into Florence (FLR) if possible, or Rome Fiumicino (FCO) with a train or transfer to Florence for the June 18 shuttle.
